Payment

The full payment is due at the end of every service.

Deposit

Deposits are mandatory under special circumstances. You will be notified if a deposit is mandatory to book your service.

Cancellation

If you choose to cancel your appointment, please do so 24 hours in advance. (If your service required a deposit, you will lose your deposit if the appointment is not cancelled in a 24 hour notice.) If an appointment cannot begin within 30 minutes of its scheduled time, the appointment will be cancelled and the client will lose their deposit.

Client Responsibilities

It is the client’s responsibility to maintain clear communication throughout the service process. It is the client’s responsibility to make sure that their cellphone usage is moderate enough to not disrupt the service process. For spa services, proper draping is required. Robes are provided for spa services and will be returned to Pieridae Esthetics Spa after services are complete. A consent form is required prior to all services.

Refunds

Services are not eligible for a refund after the appointment begins.

Additional Information

It is recommended that clients arrive 15-20 minutes prior to their appointment time to complete any necessary consultation or required paperwork. Any person under the age of 18 must have a parental guardian present for their service. Pieridae Esthetics Spa has the right to deny service to disruptive or inappropiate guests. Pieridae Esthetics Spa also has the right to deny service based on client safety and scope of practice.

Promotion

With customer’s consent, we record videos and/or photos of your service. If you decide to participate, please look presentable as your appearance will be used on our website and/or social media accounts. All photo or video promotion captured might not be used due to unforeseen issues (e.g. quality or rendering issues). You will not receive a copy of the promotion video/photo.
